MWAN Mobile has been delivering projects in the Blockchain space for the past 5 years. The MWAN Chain Blockchain As A Service (BaaS) enabler platform, has been developed and integrated as an agnostic interface.
The MWAN platform is an API driven enabler, agnostic to the overlying use case of our customers and agnostic to the underlying Blockchain protocol.

The three major protocols currently are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Hyperledger and R3 Corda;
The Bitcoin Blockchain protocol is a Public network of peer to peer nodes. It is the original network protocol open sourced back in 2009. Users send and receive Bitcoins, the units of currency, by broadcasting digitally signed messages to the network using transactions recorded into a distributed, replicated public database.
Ethereum is a Public network protocol similar to the Bitcoin one, but builds up on some architecture elements. It has come up with an architecture that we can use to build decentralized application in a very general sense and uses Ether as the network currency.
Hyperledger is another Blockchain framework. Hyperledger Fabric is a Private modular Blockchain framework that acts as a foundation for developing blockchain-based products, solutions, and applications using plug-and-play components that are aimed for use within private enterprises. There is no currency underlying it.
Another Private Blockchain framework is R3 Corda. R3 Corda is a Global Logical ledger in which all Economic actors interact allowing parties to record and manage agreements amongst themselves in a secure, consistent, reliable, private and authoritative manner. R3 corda does not have an internal currency but plans support of currencies in the futur
